This is a repaint for Project Airbus' Airbus A380 in a fictional Air Canada 2017 livery. Includes base model, high-quality textures, and updated VC. Air Canada never flew the A380, opting for the more economical Boeing 777 family for its high-density, long-haul routes. This is for several reasons, including a relatively lower population in Canadian passenger hubs, the phasing out of quad-engine aircraft, and lower international customer demand, especially after the COVID-19 pandemic. However, in our new universe, Air Canada has taken delivery of one single Airbus A380, available to fly any route of your choice. It flies under the fictional registration C-FJAB and the tail number 801.-

I installed a flight plan from AIG, tried to substitute the missing aircrafts, and compiled them to my scenery file. I also deleted world of ai traffic so I could add some flight plans. Once I start up FSX, there's no aircraft traffic whatsoever. I can't find cars and trucks in roads, but I found cargo ships in a nearby bay. I tried to convert all traffic from fs9 to fsx, nothing. Verify integrity of game files in steam, nothing. I don't know how to fix this! I'm trying to install a Cebu Pacific 2023-2024 Flight plan using FAIB A320, A321 and AIG A330, All of them are FSX models. Could anyone help me fix this please? Is it because the trafficAircraft.bgl file is corrupted? Am I doing something wrong when compiling? Someone help me please!! The following image is what my AIFP looks like along with the installed AI Flight Plan, Aircrafts, Airports, etc.

AI Aircraft Editor.NET (AIAE.NET) for FS9/FSX/P3Dv1-P3Dv6 allows easy validation and modification of your aircraft configuration files. It allows mass-updating of specific keys. It checks the [fltsim.x] sequences for correctness. You can re-number sections and format the aircraft.cfg file. AIAE.NET allows to change the wingspan size for FS9 and for FSX and later aircraft. You can run a detailed validation on a selected aircraft or on all aircraft below a given root folder. The validation checks for missing and unused textures, models and air files, duplicate titles etc. You choose to see either an overview, detailed or error report. AIAE.NET features a model viewer (by courtesy of Arno Gerretsen), allowing you to see any selected model and texture. Version 4 was rewritten in major parts to increase performance and eliminate bugs. The application interface has been restructured, P3Dv6 support has been added and it uses the current MCX viewer components. New is the aircraft effects management. -

This scenery is for Dijon-Longvic AB (Base aérienne 102 Dijon), France. Many improvements, and some fictional enhancements, were made based upon Google Earth © imagery and online information for LFSD. Dijon-Longvic Air Base was one of the oldest in France, beginning in September 1910 as a civilian aerodrome. These changes include: • Removing incorrect taxiways. • Revamping/resizing paved ramp areas and taxiways. • Adding parking spots on the main and general aviation ramps. • Adding buildings, hangars, fire station, support equipment, parking, static vehicles (aircraft, cars, trucks, boats in the canal), and landscaping. • The mid-field ramp has 24 different T-28s parked for display (fly-in). Links and instructions for required scenery object libraries are included in the readme. Dijon-Longvic AB LFSD V1 240313 Dijon-Longvic AB LFSD.zip Scene by PhrogPhlyer -

Guys, I've been trying EVERYTHING to get FSX to run after updating to Windows 11. Here's the fix that did it for me... if you are using a virtual private network (VPN), TURN IT OFF. Run FSX... it should start up fine. Turn VPN back on. FSX is finally working again for me. I hope this helps some of you who are struggling to find a fix.

I am trying to make a completely fictional airport using ADE for FSX that is just west of KLAX and elevated 500 feet above sea level directly above an ocean to test what I can do with ADE and to make it easier to practice landings in FSX. The airports identifier is WILL. After adding the runways and taxiways I decided that I wanted some of the terminals from KDEN to be in my airport. I attempted to do this by: Opening KDEN in ADE. Selecting and copying objects using the right click menu. Opening my airport in ADE. Pasting the objects using the right click menu. After doing this I compiled and saved the airport in ADE then opened it in FSX. I noticed that although they appeared in ADE none of these objects appeared in FSX. I had added some stock ADE objects and those did show up. I tried changing the altitude for the KDEN objects to 500 but they still did not appear in FSX. I can think of 3 reasons why It isn't working: The airport is 500 feet above water. I imported the objects incorrectly. I need to create terrain polygons underneath the airport surfaces. Please let me know if one of these is the problem or it is something else entirely, otherwise I will just experiment and see if I can get it to work. I would have posted this on the FSdeveloper website but I was not able to answer the verifacation question correctly. It is "What is the name of the studio that developed the new MSFS?" I answered with both Asobo Studios and Xbox Studios but neither seemed to work. If it is just broken or I have the incorrect answer please tell me, I would really like to be able to ask questions on that forum.

Construction of Rand Airport (FAGM) was started in 1920 and completed in 1931 and it was originally opened as an International Airport to the City of Germiston. The main terminal was designed to resemble an aeroplane when seen from the air. The airport served as South Africa’s main international airport until 1948 when due to the development in international travel and the increase in passenger numbers, the runways could not accommodate the bigger aircraft. Rand Airport was privatized in October 2000, but it still is a busy airport and provides facilities for private and commercial ventures and houses adequate facilities for the full spectrum of aviation-related requirements. ---------- Since we have decided to discontinue development of airport scenery for Microsoft Flight Simulator X (FSX), we are now making this package available to the community. Lanseria Airport (FALA) was conceptualised during 1972 by two Pretoria pilots, Fanie Haacke and Abe Sher when they identified the ideal site for an airport. Lanseria Airport has seen some many upgrades in the form of a longer and a wider runway, improved terminal, new and a new control tower since then; all of which has been added to this package. Lanseria Airport is situated almost in the middle between the two largest cities of the Gauteng Province. Lanseria Airport is 32 km (19.8 miles) from the Johannesburg City Centre and 33 km (20.5 miles) from the Pretoria City Centre. ---------- Since we have decided to discontinue development of airport scenery for Microsoft Flight Simulator X (FSX), we are now making this package available to the community. King Shaka International Airport (FALE) is located 35 kilometers (22 miles) from the City of Durban. The airport was conceptualized in the 1960’s when it was realized that the old Louis Botha/Durban International airport (FADN), to the south of Durban, would soon reach its capacity. Construction began in 1973 and by 1975 the earthworks and a storm drainage system to the value of R320 million were completed. By 1982, the project was halted due to economic slowdown. A local Micro light club made use of the grassed over runway. The new airport was named La Mercy Airport (FALE) after the town of La Mercy located five kilometers east of the airport. Construction recommenced on the 24 August 2007 and the new airport was opened on the 1st of May 2010. ---------- Since we have decided to discontinue development of airport scenery for Microsoft Flight Simulator X (FSX), we are now making this package available to the community. Opened in 1952, Johannesburg / OR Tambo International Airport (FAOR) is the largest airport in South Africa, and the busiest. It is also a major gateway for tourist traffic and located 24 kilometers (15 mi) from the Johannesburg city center. OR Tambo International Airport is bordered by the suburbs of Alberton, Brakpan, Germiston and Kempton Park. It was established in 1952 as the Jan Smuts International Airport, named after Field Marshal Jan Christian Smuts, who was the Prime Minister of the Union of South Africa from 1919 to 1924 and from 1939 to 1948 as well as a staunch opposer of “Apartheid”. In 2006 the airport was renamed to OR (Oliver Reginald) Tambo International Airport, after the former president of the African National Congress (ANC), hence the change in the Airport ID from FAJS to FAOR. ---------- Since we have decided to discontinue development of airport scenery for Microsoft Flight Simulator X (FSX), we are now making this package available to the community.
