3.11 What does the MSCVRT.DLL error mean?

Q:
I INSTALLED SOME PANELS WHICH I DOWNLOADED AT FLIGHTSIM.COM BUT AS I
WANTED TO FLY WITH THEM I ALWAYS GOT THE MESSAGE THAT THERE WAS AN
ERROR CAUSED BY A FILE CALLED MSCVCRT.DLL.

A:
This error indicates that you have a problem with some
missing files for the panel. Be sure the *.bmp and panel.cfg files
are in \panel and the *.gau files are in the \fs98\gauges directory.
Sounds like you missed some.
