Hi!
In the recent days there have been some very good Thailand screenshots. I therefore decided to continue this "trend" and will fly the routes I have flown in Thailand for real in FS, and post some pictures of the flight.
Hope you enjoy!
-I have now spent 3 days in Bangkok, visiting Grand Palace, shopping at the Patpong night market and relaxing at the Montien Riverside hotel. Now its time to move on to Chiang Mai. I therefore book a cheap flight with Thai leaving for Chiang Mai at 15.15 Local Time.
The aircraft will be the Airbus 300-600R on the flight TG923.
I check out of the hotel and get myself a taxi to Don Muang Intl.
The traffic is terrible, and I arrive pretty late at Don Muang, but just in time to reach the flight.
I run to the gate, and see the Airbus waiting for me.
Within 5 mins. the aircraft leave the gate, and starts taxiing towards the departure runway: 21R.

There we are holding short up and ready for the RNW. 21R departure via the BEKOD Sid. We receive the takeoff clearence, and start to taxi out on the runway.

We establish the aircraft at a comfortable FL of 33000 feet.

Its time to start the descent and as we pass 10000 feet we are handed over to Chiang Mai approach, which gives us the vectors for the RNW36 arrival. As we close in on VTCC we start to extend flaps and the gears are extended at 7 Nm from the treshold.
At 6 nm DME we are fully established.

We are on the short final for RNW. 36 and I concentrate on getting the aircraft properly down on the runway. I succeed with this quite well, and we touchdown right on the centerline.
-Centimetres before touchdown.

Summary of hte flight
Nice flight using the Project Airbus 300 avaiable from www.projectairbus.com. The weather was very nice with only light winds (real world weather used)
I am sorry for this poor story, and will not make a story like this on the coming Thailand vacation posts.
Thanks for watching!
Regards
