Is that an add-on airport? That happens sometimes, because the new airport changes the runway or taxiways to the correct standpoint. However, ATC still thinks that the runway/taxiway is in that place.

looks like default Meigs, is it because you downloaded the scenery, installed a new AFCAD file then uninstalled the scenery ;-)?
