They look sweet. I like that second pic, not only for the plane, but for what's in the background. Looks like a nice place to stay :D

Nice Green...you realize the Navy ship you saw is just a cardboard cutout of a Corvette that they stick on top of Canada's Royal Naval Canoe...we can't afford anything better... :-lol :-lol :-lol

I'm suprised you didn't see any of Harbour Air's bright orange wnd white Twin Otters, as I remember, they are always in and out of Victoria. Interesting fact: did you know that Harbour Air is partly owned by Kenn Borek Air of my hometown Calgary, Alberta? Borek is the same company that sent the Twin Otters to Antarctica to rescue that doctor, and a grad of my school (Mount Royal Aviation) was a member of that team, so we hear of this story alot.

For the record, in regard to our Iroquois-class destroyers, they are very near state-of-the-art in terms of systems and weapons. The carry the Standard SM-2(MR) SAM missile, and Harpoon anti-ship missiles, and are considered equal to a Spruance-class ship. Very capable boats, and very nice to look at.

All we need now is more EH-101s to replace the Sea Kings.
