I found it and have downloaded and it is sitting in my FS2002 folder ready to be opened when I get back... it looks really nice, even in those small screen shots. It can be found just of the fsplanet.com main page. Just scroll down and it is somewhere around the 5th or something file.

Try the Spantax, search for spantax here in Flightsim´s database, beautiful bird. But I hope you have a fast computer, or I can´t guarantee the outcome when them combined :-eek
