Hi there.

As the pilot of that 'little' blue plane for these shots, yep its a Flanker. A SU-27K (SU-33) to be precise, the naval variant with the small canards.

Sadly, I couldn't really take any pics myself since I was having panel issues. Basically, whenever I switched view, the engines cut out :-lol I've since changed the panel to a slightly modified version of the Hawk panel from the new Red Arrows pack. Works like a charm.
The other thing was the multi game wasn't working too well. You can see how far away I am on there, well, this one pic I caught shows how close I was on my own screen.

I imagine it would be on flightsim.com somewhere, though I admit I found it on Avsim (so I'm not sure if its ok to give out a download link)
Its a Gmax converted model, so its all animated, including the refuelling probe, just by pressing 'open doors 2' (shift and e at the same time quickly followed by tapping the 2 key, though not on the numeric pad)

Its made by Rick Sasala and the file name is a-6etank.zip
And if it helps further, it was uploaded on August 13th
