Happy New Year to all!

I downloaded the fuel truck macro from the download section, and was just wondering how it's used. Do I need to install it to a certain location? Do I need any special files/programs? Does it really do anything? It sounded neat when I downloaded it; I just need help figuring out how to use it. Any help, as usual, will be more than greatly appreciated.
