RE: How to find a VOR radial in FSNavigator?
Try this: With FSNAV at full screen, position the cursor at a point you want a bearing from (usually your aircraft) and right click the mouse and drag it to the point you want to go to. It will draw a temporary line and give you bearing and distance information. This is really handy when you need a bearing to a fix not defined by a VOR.
As to your second question, I don't know of any way to run FSNAV outside of FS2002.:-hmmm
