421C Repaint Idea

Hi guys, I was flying the 421C around Boston and Cape Cod, and I thought a cool repaint would be the Cape Air Livery.

Was something along these lines o.k.? Not the painter Ron is...but after looking at the airliners.net shots..thought I would start. Here is what I've got so far...no lettering..etc..be KIND now..

I have a small alignment issue on the tail to deal with...and I think the grey could be a tad darker.
