    Default Gear extension problem on AA MD-83 chrome with default MD83 pan

    I recently downloaded that kick butt MD-83 default replacement panel and i also downloaded the AA MD-83 chrome a/c to go with it.Everything is allright untill i try and lower the landing gear once it has been retracted.Every single time i try lowering the gear once it has been retracted,the message comes up that says "above gear extension speed" and that comes up no matter how fast im going.I even slowed the MD-83 down to i believe 120kts and still couldnt get the gear to come down,anyone know why im having this problem?

    If you can send me the links to the plane and panel I will install them on my puter and let you know how it works for me, otherwise contact the designers of each.They might help you out.

    Look in your aircraft.cfg file under contact points at locations 14 and 15. Adjust yours accordingly.

    //0 Class <0=none,1=wheel, 2=scrape, 3=float>
    //1 Longitudinal Position (feet)
    //2 Lateral Position (feet)
    //3 Vertical Position (feet)
    //4 Impact Damage Threshold (Feet Per Minute)
    //5 Brake Map (0=None, 1=Left, 2=Right)
    //6 Wheel Radius (feet)
    //7 Steer Angle (degrees)
    //8 Static Compression (feet) (0 if rigid)
    //9 Max/Static Compression Ratio
    //10 Damping Ratio (0=Undamped, 1=Critically Damped)
    //11 Extension Time (seconds)
    //12 Retraction Time (seconds)
    //13 Sound Type
    //14 Airspeed limit for retraction (KIAS)
    //15 Airspeed that gear gets damage at (KIAS)

    Thanks guys,however,i fixed the problem,i just re-installed the mdl files and air files and that solved the problem,but now i have a new problem.When flying at low speeds,like under 180 kts,no matter now much up trim i use,the nose still wants to come down,any suggestions?I messed with the sensitivities settings,but that didnt help.
    Thanks,
    Aaron

    If you are talking about the default *.air file, it doesn't fly very well.
