What route will you be taking and how do you plan on crossing the Pacific? Fly up north and cross from Alaska to Russia?

Actually, here's a pic of how I'm going.

    http://www.flightsim.com/dcforum/Use...e72841c3db.jpg

I'm going from east to west so as to have the prevailing winds on my side. These are most of the places I'd like to see. (Or have already been to in real life, such as Germany, South Korea, Japan) Some of the legs will be pushing the max. range of the King Air 350, but it should be fun.

Nice signature- definitely like that Korean touch.

I've been to Korea too, lived there about a year- in fact I have a couple of dear friends of mine that live in Suwon (one of the cities sponsoring the World Cup): great people, the Koreans. The food there is awesome too!

I hope to see some of your Korea posts- but I hope you'll check out mine. If you do a search in this forum for "Land of the Morning Calm", it was done back in January (it's the last part with pictures). You'll even find real photos of Korea for where I did some comparisons.

Now, about your Wasatch Front pictures- I like them. I've lived there too for about 5 years, with that trip to Korea in between. Great area...but I didn't ski. I did all of the summer stuff, hiking to the top of the Wasatch mountains (and try this sometime- if you take whatever you're flying and ride the ridgeline, that's what it's like at the top in real life- you see both the Ogden/Salt Lake valley and the Cache on the other side- it's beautiful.

Now I'm living in Europe, northern Italy- landscape is pretty similar to wasatch front but we actually have trees everywhere instead of all that sagebrush. But I would definitely love to have a Utah summer again.

LAST EDITED ON May-13-02 AT 03:57AM (EDT)[p]I lived in Korea for 2 years. I lived in the more southern parts (Kwangju, Yosu, Namwon, Taejon, Chongju), and it was a blast. I did get to visit Seoul a few times, though. While I was learning to speak Korean, I picked up the southern dialect, which caused people in Seoul to roll on the ground laughing when some foreigner (me) started speaking like a hick. :-lol
