Very slick shots! I love all of your work. I tried to ask you this before in the Spitfire post, but I guess you didn't see my question. I was wondering what kind of frame rates you get with your GF3 Ti500? Specifically, in large cities with all the sliders maxed out. Thanks!

Many things play a major role with framerates. I do not care much for the rate itself. I just want a smooth ride with good looking scenery.
I have AI set at 10%, rarely do I see another plane. Not all sliders are full right. It's not required to be full right for good looks.
I'll quote you here.. "Very slick shots! I love all of your work." My sliders are set one click back from full. Everything else is clicked except building shadows. Complexity & quality are full right. Different machines make a difference. You probably could take two machines, set them up the same, same equipment, same software and so on, and not get the same fps. Drivers play a roll,
hard drive speed plays a role, drive defraged or not plays a role, memory quanity and type memory plays a role. Besides,
any thing above 32fps is a waste. Your eyes cannot absorbe everything is sees above that so your resourses are wasted if you
want 50+fps. The slower the fps the better texture quality. I have been down to 5 fps chasing AI planes around and as high as
80 fps cruising at fl350. Normally when I check it once in a while it's around 28-35. As the baby bear said "JUST RIGHT"

    Thanks for the info...

I'm not really looking for the 50+ frame rates as much as being sure I will always have at least about 18. Aside from the occasional dip, I think I can get that.
