ILS inop

Just wondering if anyone can diagnose my problem:

In FS2002, with ANY aircraft I use, whether standard or imported, I can not get ANY ILS to work except for KATL. That is the only one that will work for me. Is there something I can do to turn it on? I'm almost positve that I'm doing it right, and believe me, its getting pretty boring flying into Atlanta all the time. So please, can anyone can help???

press the orange button (standby). that will switch the two codes. here is a pic
