Where IS everybody? Where is Aar, where is Tia, where IS everybody? Is this forum dying out? Where did they go? Have they lost interest in FS? Have they lost interest in these forums? Have they been abducted by ailens? Whatever happened, WHERE ARE ALL YOU GUYS?

You're right-I miss all the experienced and helpful people who used to frequent the board, as well as the talented screen-takers like Tia.

It has been very different lately. I'm guessing that most of us are still here, lurking in the background. I haven't seen or heard from Tia in a while, I do hope that everything is ok with her.

Some of us are still posting, just definately not as much as before. I've been spending more time flying than I have picture taking. I'll try and get up some shots soon.

you're right LVB'r, a lot of everyday posters have disappeared, me too, actually, as I started to play 'Operation Flashpoint' a few weeks ago, and I'm pretty much hooked at it for the moment... I even posted a story about it here, nut it got brutally kicked of the forum...I still come here everyday though, to check, off coarse, the new screenshot's, and the new added stuff for FS2002...

And right now, when I need to do a report about Greece, for school, Tia has disappeared too, and I've gotta make a flight around Greece all by myself...

It really is a pity, but for those who liked my shot's or my comments, you now know why, and be sure, I will be back...

If it is allowed to get over run with test sigs, we've only ourselves to blame. Not posting is anti-productive, so perhaps better sets from the 'old guard' will raise the standards a bit. Personally, I get side tracked too with other projects and forget about this forum for a while. Other sims...other intrests...lol. Same story.
But, like you, I'm unimpressed by a lot of the posting going on. Not to take away from the few gems, but most of it shows very little effort on the pilot's part to get a truely good screenshot. I can hit Print Screen with the best of them...and the worst, it seems. I mean really...why include a fuzzed out shot of some stock scenery unless you are making a post about fuzzed out textures? Posting for posting's sake? C'mon...

And sigs....lol...some are wayyyy to big....they are often in the way of whatever screen shot you are trying to show us. Note my lack of sig...part of my Spartan upbringing...lol. No fluff for Rolf...not needed...not wanted.

Hey John,
Most of us are on 'break' on the bench, while we watch the kids play in the park for a while....can't hog all the fun! Tia is doing great, she got flamed a few times and took it pretty hard so she's hang'in out backstage for awhile.
I'm doing alot of flying on the sim, and doing a little unofficial blimp training in real life. I'm also playing 'Medal of Honor..Allied Assault' lately, check it out, it is very intense!
