Face Repaints?

Okay, this picture won't work. Anyway, when I put my picture on the pilot's head the pilot's head becomes WHITE.
Does anyone know what's wrong?? Please help!

This is a shot in the dark, but perhaps it has something to do with the alpha coding, etc. that FS2002 textures use (you are using 2002, right?). I think repainting instructions are at that FlightsimVeterans Club FS2002 Tips site (the banner that flashes across the top of most of the forums now). If you already followed their directions, then I cannot help you (my only repaint made the plane turn black, so that's my luck so far :-) ).
