Take off from Pedro Bay, Alaska and you're there Scullmaster. From Pedro Bay I reccomend setting a course north and you'll eventually come to those splendid mountains in my 3 lower screenshots. From Pedro Bay the flight could go to Drift River approx 76nm on a heading of 28 degrees. Have fun (if you decide to go that is)! ;-)

Thanks a lot Björn! I'm having way too much fun to stop flying.

Oh, and BTW - to get the most out of this scenery I reccomend downloading the following addons:
    [ul]
[li] Alaska Terrain Mesh Scenery by Eddie Denney
    [li] Exchangetextures by Lennart Arvidsson
[li] New river texture by Holger Busekros
[li] Conifer Tree Replacement Pack by Ed Truthan
    [/ul]

    Enjoy!

Thanks for the tips! I'll sure be downloading them, when I get there... I was actually heading in that direction right now, after my Australia trip, but I decided to wait for the spring to arrive first... ;-)

    Best,
    /Björn

Thanks, I'll have to check that out. Also be sure to check my "Land of the Morning Calm" installment I'm creating. No screenshots just yet (give me a day to compile what I need to make this happen), but I want to make this special and "as real as it gets".

    Wow! Great shots!

I have all the addon's, except for the Conifer Tree Replacement. Where can I find that?

    Thanks!

You can find it here. Just do a search for conifers.zip in the file listings.

    Franken,

I’ve been enjoying coming back to these shots since you posted them…
They are really lovely and beautifully done.

My ‘heart & soul’ keep returning me to the 2nd to last one, especially …
Who wouldn’t wish to be there?

    Really gorgeous.

Excellent job on all these shots…
    Please bring more… :-)

Don’t those conifer replacement textures make just a HUGE difference?
I’ve really been enjoying them – not only in my own Sim and SS’s, but in everyone else’s who has them, too…
    They’re really fantastic…

    Best regards! :-wave
