Problems On Start-Up

Hey everyone, I just got CFS3 and I installed and everything went fine until I tried to play it. I always get this same error message:

I've restarted my computer like the install says to do. My system has more than enough memory and such. Any help would be nice. This isn't a pirated version either, it's from EB(Electronics Boutique).

You are running on XP. You need to log on on your pass name.

sorry to double post but I don't know my password to the computer. I never log out. The guy who created the pc created my profile but never told me my password.
