MS Precision Pro POV panning?

Is there a problem with cfs3 and the mentioned joystick, this problem only occurs when in the cockpit, the pov only function in a snap view way, L, R, down, up. I tried the pov on a CH Yoke and the panning works. Any fix for this??

I think you have to hit the "scroll lock" key to get the smooth panning effect on that stick.
