Hahaha that was a fun read :P.

I do remember that 727 that was mentioned briefly too... The lav service panel had a small leak that grew worse as the plane was in the air. Soon the blue juice had formed some rather large chunks of ice and broke off the fuselage and got sucked into the number 3 engine, causing it to vibrate violently and eventually break off altogether, but the plane landed without much of a problem.
