Hey i recently started looking into flightsimming, so i started lurking around this forum and seeing some amazing things. So I went out and bought FSX and have been pleased with it. While it looks that things that worked for FS2004 aren't as compatible as some may wish w/ FSX, can any of ya'll direct me to some of the places that put out quality work, as, like i said, i am new...

You'll find a bunch of good quality free stuff right here. Just go to the main menu. There you will find links to pay ware as well as free ware.

Welcome to the forums and to our hobby of flightsimming. There are those that say it is an obsession but it's not really. We just want to fly all the time, that's all.

As FSX is relatively new, new add-ons are in the process of being developed so there are only a few around at the moment - few, that is, in comparison to what we hope is to come.

As has been stated, go search out the FSX files in Main Menu and enjoy the conmpany of the forums. If you need to know anything, do a search first in the FSX forum, and if you can't find the solution to the problem there, then just ask. Advice we have in bucketloads!
