Thread: Fixing the XB-35 .air File

  1. Default Fixing the XB-35 .air File

The original AIR file downloaded with the plane from FS.com
made it take off into the air like a lightweight plane powered
    by antigravity.

I've been fixing the air file, and I've got it down to the
correct weights and fuel distribution, along with engine power
and props....but the problem is this:

even with the correct stuff plugged in, it won't move at full throttle,
unless I reduce the propeller gearing ratio to about 0.7, and
even then it won't get into the air, I can get it up to 100 kts,
    but it won't take off

I am working on another project for a V-22 upgrade. What are you using to edit .air files?

    Sincerely,

    Hello Mister Sheppard!

I have a set of files, CFG + AIR file, which works as a REAL FLYING Wing!

ALL the data are the real data of the XB-35.

Dimension / Powerplants / Propeller diameter / Wing Square footage / Wing Span they are all measure to the detail.

The plane reaches excatly a Top Speed of 339 KIAS (391 MPH) , it lands with the AUTOPILOT function activated.

So IF You wish I can send You these files.
    Please send me an email.
