Thread: Repainting - Mirrored textures (please assist)

  1. Default Repainting - Mirrored textures (please assist)

Hey to everyone who took the time to read this post. First, I would like to say that I did do numerous searches in the forum and could not find what I'm looking for, that's why I'm asking this question. I am currently repainting aircraft in Photoshop 7.0. I am having no problems except for the tail logo. On one side it is completely fine, but on the reverse side of the airplane the logo is flipped. How do I mirror a texture so the logo is correct on both sides??

The aircraft I am repainting currently are defaults in FS2004.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The only knownway is to hold up a mirror to the monitor.

Basically, that's the way Microsoft has come up with the texture mapping of the default planes. It's nothing you're doing wrong.
