How to increase Ram speed from 400 to 800Mhz?

Its DDR (Double Data rate) RAM so its already running at 800MHZ (2 X 400MHz).

Yeah but you can't double it...it would die on you lol

Most RAM only can go a little higher than stock (unless its high end, even then you cant double the speed )
