I am New to Avionics , and i am in testing , is there any prerequisits or any information or procedure i should follow

I don't really understand your question. Are you talking about real world or FS? What are you testing -- if it's something to do with FSX Beta, you're in the wrong place. If it's something that a 3rd party is developing you're still likely in the wrong place. If you've signed an NDA (Non Disclosure Agreement) this is definitely the wrong place to talk about it. There should be forums provided by the developing party for what you are testing.

If it's none of the above, then you'll need to expand what you're talking about so that we'll understand what it is you need, such as what avionics, and what testing you are supposed to do for what purpose.
