    Default LCD monitor

I just bought a LCD monitor and I got 2 cables with it, one analog cable same as to CRTs and another one(DV I think it's called). Which should I use? or both?

Use one or the other but not both. If your video card has a digital video output, that is the one to use as it will provide the best possible video quality.
