Thread: Compute Infected

  1. Default Compute Infected

Got a virus or several in fected files. Hpwever, everything is working. Will this spread to where at some point I'll have to reinstall, or would they stay isolated in their files?
    thanks,

Assume it will spread to and destroy every file on your system. If your system is still working, start searching for resources to help you save your system before it is too late.

I'm sorry to hear that...That can't be any fun at all!!

Hey look...I don't claim to be an internet guru...I have a buddy that is though...I have No Idea of how to deal with a virus once you have got one...Other than searching google for answers...I would think a Format and re-install would be in order asap...

I know is't a little too late...But here is a link to a thread that *may* help you out in the future...These are some things my guru buddy passed on to me...So I wrote this thread to pass them on to you guys....
