Default CH Yoke without pedals-- anyone assign yoke buttons for rudder?

Lovely wife bought me a CH yoke :) for Christmas, but no pedals :( Buying pedals is not in the budget in the near future. Anyone use a yoke and program yoke buttons for rudder control. I just tried setting the rudder trim axis for rudder control, and the right-hand trigger to center rudder. Works ok but not perfect. I was wondering if anyone has found a more clever solution!
    Thanks,
    Chris

Before when I had only a yoke and no pedals I just used the Auto-coordination function. More realistic than using a button IMO.

To answer my own question-- the buttons above work out pretty good. It helps a lot to set the repeat rate and the keyboard rudder sensitivity to your tastes. Prior to exploring, I was not aware that you could set the sensitivity for keyboard controls. (In other words, you can set how much rudder movement you get for each key stroke).

Still, I'd be interested in hearing if other folks have other solutions...
