Default Would this system be good for FS?

Hi. thinking about building a new system to run FS9.
Any ideas if the following setup would be any good?

    ABIT AV8 3rd eye
    AMD Athlon 64 3500
    1GB Kingston DDR400
    GeForce 6800
    Seagate 120GB S-ATA hard disk
    Antec 350watt PSU

i can get this all for £500

    I currently have:
    1.4GB processor
    256MB ram
    and no graphics card

how much performance gain would i get?

That system should run FS quite well without breaking the bank, especially compared to what you currently have. It may not double your frame rates, but you should be able to turn up the graphics and other settings quite a bit.

Yeah nice set up...Although, a higher wattage PSU could be better...I know it's Antec and all...but remember you would be running a 6800...Which are, power consumers

GOOD catch menie...Yeah...you may need to bump up the power supply to at least a 450watt...Per the manufacturers requirements, my 6800Ultra PCI-X card required a minimum of 480watt PS...OCZ has a neat (modular) 500+ watt PS for less than $100...I have not used it but it looks nice...
    Just food for thought...
