New Graphics Card

I have a Geforce 5950 128 Mb card, been offered a PNY 6 6600 256mb Card at a good price, anybody got any advice for me before I buy, or is anybody using this card...

unless the 6600 is virtually free do not spend your dosh, the difference you see wil be so small you could hardly measure it let alone see it. i went from a lower spec card than your 5900XT (G4 ti460) to a higher spec 6600GT and saw no increase in FS9
