fx5200 dual monitor cafrd allows shift of kneeboard only!! HELP

I installed PNY FX5200 PCI card in an INTEL III 500mhz computer. I set up the two monitors and using both FS2002PRO & FS2004 I can move the kneeboard over to the second monitor and it all works fine there, scrolling etc on the kneeboard works. HOWEVER I cannot get the GPS or the RADIOSTACK to move over to the second monitor.

I have spent enormous amounts of time and obviously I do not know what is going on.

Any help is surely appreciated. I would be willing to change cards etc to be just able to have the radio stack and the gps on the second screen Thanks much.
