Aircrafts are blurry

Does anyone know why all aircrafts besides mine are blurry. I can't read the names of the airlines. The buildings also apear slightly blurry. I am wondering what settings on FS2004 need to be adjusted or if I need a better video card.

I am running a Navida 32mb video card on a pentium 4 1.8ghz system. The aircrafts are all off of FSTRAFFIC. My aircraft, which I belong to a VA, is very sharp looking.

I just fixed it. Move the Global Texture to high and it worked.
