Carrier Problem...launch to black screen

Okay I give up ! with Waikato and the F14 with all the carrier launch and landing files installed I get locked on the catapult and a green light. Open wings, lock brakes, arm launch, full throttle. Lots of movement, lots of noise, a bit of adrenaline and release the brakes.

So far, so good.

As my finger releases the brake, the screen goes black.
Task manager reports FS is unresponsive.

Personally I find this unsatisfactory.

Help would be welcome as I've gone through the configs and everything seems to be there.

This did work well last time I used it. Only thing changed was the F14 and I have a recent update with meatball etc as part of the d/l.

I can't delete the above so I'll ask a different question. Why do the textures keep changing on Waikato ?
