Squawkbox and autothrottle problems

Hi folks i have recently began using squawkbox here is my problem when connected to squawkbox shortly after takeoff my autothrottle disengages and the speed zooms upwards and i cannot re engage the autothrottle, i dont know if FSUIPC has anything to do with it or the squawkbox problem is with the program, any advice how to fix this is greatly apprecated.!

COuld be a keymapping conflict.
Check to make sure that your PTT (Push To Talk) key on Squak Box is not a key used in Flightsimulator.
