    Default Thanksgiving

Happy Thanksgiving lads and lad-esses from across the pond. I hope its not as wet as last years parade in NYC... I mention this as it was the time I went out shopping for FSX and found all the shops in lower manhattan had sales on - and the version of FSX I wanted was sold out - I was a bit P***'d off so I went back to my apartment and watched the parade on tv. I was flying back to the UK the day after on a KLM777 - so I soon got over my disappointment. I suggest if your not having a great thanksgiving, you know, the turkey gravy from the deli is past its best and the turkey is burnt anyway - fire up your box and fly fly fly..... ;)

Thank You. I'm going to do just that. With a drumstick in one
hand and the joystick in the other.

Thanks very much for the season's greetings. Sorry you didn't pick up fsx. FS9 is still very nice.

When I was out on my own I would celebrate Thanksgiving with the traditional black olive and anchovy pizza, plus German beer! I guess this turkey an' everything is OK too....

This was the closest thing I could find to a turkey so had to fly it for Turkey Day. This is the Breguet 763 Provence by Christian Daboudet who built the model, and Barney Bigard who did the textures. The Los Angeles, North and South, scenery was courtesy of Gottfried Razek, who does a great job, thank you very much to all!

This Breguet, its everywhere, its a lovely model but a butt-ugly plane Ive seen a lot of pix on airliners, never fancied it I'll stick to my hs748's, by the way i eventually picked up fsx and after nearly a year and a lot of tweeks and messing to it, I got fsx running something like it should on my machine - Still prefer fs9... :-) especially when its one I actually saw being built at Woodford near Manchester UK, I'm flying over Pole Hill. Hope you likeee..

Thanks that's nice, was that fsx?

Make sure to check the box that says "Check this box if you wish to embed attachment URL in the message text box.", that will make your image appear within the text and you can even place it where you want.

I haven't gotten fsx yet, have to build a computer for it. I want to check out X-Plane also. FS9 up to this point is by far my favorite sim, but I fly all the others also all the way back to fs98 and fly!2K. I had to uninstall my last fly!2k in order to rearrange and upgrade my hardware, I have to install it again, it has its' limitations but I like it.

Thanksgiving eh, with many, many Iraq and Vietnam war 'veterans' with no roof over their heads! Don't make me laugh.
