in flight movies

i am trying to add inflight movies to watch while flying.. i have a program called apc... audio player configurator.. and it will play video and music.. anyone know where i can get movies to play..

i have tried it in windows.. and i can play movies there.. i need to know how to get them into the aircraft like a movie screen or on the kneeboard using the audio player configurator..

Hi,
I am not familiar with this program.
Do you need like a CD or DVD of a movie?

If so, you know where you can get those. Does it play as if it were in the reqar compartment on a screen within FS?

I know there are safety announcement files, but they are audio only.

Give us an example of what 'movies' you are looking to play.

Awhile ago, I downloaded a file from avsim that had an interior cabin shot of passengers, WITH a movie playing. Try this, is this what you're referring to?

thanks for the tip.. but what i am looking for is movies that you can watch. when you install the audio player config.. it goes to your
kneeboard in the aircraft you put it to and fly.. i put mine under
the reference.. from there you can browes to the place you have movies downloaded to and watch them.. from the kneeboard..
the APC.ZIP can be found at flight sim.. just search for apc and download.. it's great... i play music..and now want to do movies
like they say..

Where does your movie show up when you use your APC program?

But if you use your kneeboard as a browser, you can go to where you have your movies stored, and play them. You will have to enter the link beforehand, I forget which cfg file to enter the links into, someone help me here.

On the kneeboard I have flightsim.com, avsim, and my own page, just as a test to see how the browser worked.
A search on Kneepad browser here may give some threads talking about it.

I looked the the APC readme, Did you do the update procedure, changing the size of the screen? Read the readme. (The author also has his email address in the htm readme).

You asked.
Well you will have to load up some movies on your system. Then do the HTML link to where they are on your system. Same as the browser mentioned earlier, but instead of going to the internet, you are looking at your hard drive.

Where and how you get the movies is up to you. It's not in the scope of flightsim.com or forum rules to say where to download movies to your hard drive.
