Hi,
After having set a visibility of 1/8 mile,wind calm,the ATIS gives instead of ILS procedure,the NDB approach for both parallel 16 RWYs.
The AP9551170.bgl is the FS9 stock airport file and I checked that the ILS approaches for both 16RWYs are compiled but not used by ATC.
How can I induce the ATC to use the ILS approaches when the visibility is so poor?Maybe the FS9 stock files are sometimes wrong?
