Voice Buddy

I've installed Voice Buddy 3.0 and I'm trying to use it with FS 2004.It seems to have installed OK andwhen I give it a foice command the verbal responses are proper, however it doesn't impement the command. For instance if I say Bank left, I get the proper voice response but it the plane will only bank very slightly and there doesn't seem to be any way of increasing the rate of banking. This kind of thing happens continually regardles of the command. Any ideas?

I am using the freeware Speechbuddy to talk to FS, and it requires the joystick to be deactivated for the surface control commands to work properly. Maybe this is also the case with Voice Buddy?
