The Grabowski ERJ/Panel/FIX

I need some help, I downloaded the fix for his panel for the erj's, along with the airplanes that come with the fix. After installing, I put the "FSsound.dll" into Module and had to add the "FSsound.dll" line to FS9 CFG. NOW......THE PANEL WORKS......BUT, every time FS9 starts, it tell me "FS9 has detected incompatible panel or aircaft....."FSSound.dll" do I wish to load anyways" . I say YES for it to load........WHAT IS REALLY GOIN ON ?????
I have the latest Pete Downson's FSUIPC, but not registered.
ANY SOLUTION'S..... ANY one .......ANY one

When u added a line to ur CFG for the .dll entry does it look something like this?

OPEN BRACKET SIGN THEN 'OLDMODULE' THEN CLOSED BRACKET SIGN
FSSound.dll=1
