Thread: Question About Kneeboard and internet

  1. Default Question About Kneeboard and internet

Hello I think I read something here before about a program you can download that lets you use the internet via the kneeboard during flights. I have searched for it since then but can't find it. Has anyone else heard of this? If so do you have the file name?

    Thanks Mike

    Hi,

The file name is: FSONLC20.ZIP (2.9 Mb)

You can find it in the Library here (Flightsim.com) ;-)

it's a great convenience to be able to access the inet, but is there any program that allows the pilot to increase the size of the kneeboard so we can see a larger page frame? thanks

you can do that from within FS. I don't have the exact procedure in front of me, but it's in one of the drop down menus(perhaps options) and gives you an option to keep fs running when you change to another window. this will work, only in windows mode, not full screen.

It's a different programme, but hifi simulations (the guys who make Active Sky) have a freeware download called FSBrowser. Once installed you hit Ctrl-F11 and get a multiple window browser within FS. You can resize the windows to whatever size you like.
