Strange FS9 Crashes!

Here's a strange problem that has just started to occur!whenever i access the navigation log whilst planning a flight,the flight time & fuel required figures are all based on the cessna 172,regardless of what aircraft i'm using!Also if i attempt to scroll down the Navigation log page to seee the various waypoints FS9 crashes!I've system restored & reinstalled FS9 once but the problem still occurs!Any clues?

Well I didn't get my system to crash but it froze at times while building my flightplan or opening GPS window.

What kind of system are you running FS9 on?

I have an AMD with Creative Sound Card and this combination as I found out doesn't seem to work well for FS9 (at least in my case) due to serious major sound acceleration problem (and I decelerate dxdiag sound tab to basic to remedy the freezing and lock up problem).

Really, I can't offer you much help. Perhaps you should run "dxdiag" diagnosis and also update your graphic card drivers.
