Hi All,
Does anyone know of any freeware XML editors (preferably totally free)? I'm starting to dabble in XML and you can only do so much with Notepad/Wordpad.
Cheers,
Mike T.

By far, the best I've tried for xml (gauge) code is Notepad ++ (this is not MS's Notepad).
http://notepad-plus.sourceforge.net/
It is free, open source with features that prevents trouble before it bites you. When saving, it will inform you when and where (line number) there is a problem with code.
One of the handiest features is its control of brackets. Keeping those paired up is easy with this feature.
Host of other goodies such as customized color coding, auto-completion, bookmarking line numbers, etc.

Hi G.F. & Glenn,
