No outside lights

Hi,
I have installed the Airbus collection from ifdg, "great aircraft"
the problem I am getting: I can only get landing lights, I have no rotating beacon no strobe or nav lights.
Any ideas, I have Ken Mitchell's Airbus panels installed in all my Airbus, ( great panels Ken )

I am running FS2004 on windows XP.

I think some of the iFDG models use their own effects for the lights, do you remember copying any effects to your FS9\effects folder when you installed?

As a follow up to this: I've re-installed various IFDG Airbuses ( A320, A321) and installed the 1.4 upgrade.

My problem is that the both top and bottom beacons work briefly and then go out.

If one does the top down view (CTRL + S), the lights are blinking. It's the same for a tower view when the aircraft is on the ground.

All other exterior lights work just fine.

I like to do a lot of night flying and enjoy viewing the illuminated terminals and the AI aircraft.

Any help/suggestions would be appreciated.
