Aircraft & Airport Terminal Night Light Enhancement

Back then, I came across a folder of exe files for enhancing the default aiport terminal building lightings and runaways. As well as there was one exe file to enhance the lights for POSKY aircrafts as well.

But I forgot the file name and the author. I have searched but failed to locate it. Does anyone know?

I don't quite think so, cos I got that one and it doesn't improve aircraft lighting (landing and taxi).
