Sorry for the bump...has nobody else had the problem with the installation going well but no gauges at all in either VC or 2D cockpit?
I'll start with the obvious.
1. Did you d/l and install the updated guages package?
2. Did you install this guage package to the main FS2004 folder?
3. Did you install the aircraft to the main FS2004 folder?
If, in fact, you did install to the main folder---it should all be there. There is a little blurb on the Premier website that addresses missing guages, so you might explore that a bit.

Thanks Darrell...I can't find an updated gauges package for these planes, I have intstalled everything into the main FS9 folder still no gauges. I can't even find the blurb on missing gauges on the Premier website. I am feeling a little helpless as I have never had a problem installing new planes before!
Check this link: http://www.premaircraft.com/dhc6_new/index.html
Right below the Pratt & Whitney logo.
There is also a pretty comprehensive instruction as to where/how to install the planes and panels.

Speedy,
If you 'extracted' the files (gauges) inside the *.cab files, the panel gauges will not show. Only a guess. But, if you did, go open zip again, highlight *.cab files and just extract all 3 at once to gauges folder (or, panel folder, either way will work). Myself, I put cab files in the main panel folder so I can keep track of what cab files go with what panel-your call.
They ask you to extract to 'FS9' folder. Then everything goes where it's supposed to go. But, if you extract to the 'Aircraft' folder, then you will have: 'Aircraft\aircraft\AC Name\..'. So, if you move the AC Name folder to 'Aircraft' folder, the gauges folder gets left behind. Go look for it, and move files to main gauges, and same for effects files. The rest you can move, or not. The AC still 'flys'. But, it's still nice to have 'Docs', especially PAD AC, as they have lots of 'goodies' that you won't be able to use, unless you read ALL the docs.
