Bombs out

When selecting anything other than create a flight or settings my fs2004 bombs out and exits the program. In select a flight it lets me go to the next page but when I try to select one of the adventures it bombs. Same thing happens if I'm flying and try to select the kneeboard. I'm a relatively new fs2004 user, few months, and have downloaded some of the planes off this website and simvation. I also have loaded My Traffic 2006. All of this works fine but obviously one of these is interferring with something. I know I could remove it all and start over but wondering if there might be an easier fix like something wrote over a key file or something. Thanks for any help.

Rather than Remove everything and start over -

Remove the last file(s) you added, that caused the problem.
