Default Settings - Scenic Library - Priority

I have extensively modified my My FS9. Fortunately, it all works well. But I do have a question about the priority of Scenic Library settings.

I know the more detailed (downloaded) custom files are the highest priority. I cannot decide what to do with the "Static Object Library; Propeller Objects; Vehicle Libraries and Generic Libraries."

Right now I have 1 - USA Roads; 2 - Add On Scenery; 3 - Static Object Libraries followed by all my custom downloads, then the city aerial photos. Lastly I have Propeller Objects and Vehicle Libraries.

    Any suggestions/corrections.

    Many thanks.

--> If everything is working well, then I would leave it as it is. ;) Concerning the "Static, Propeller, Vehicle and Generic Libraries". You can leave them below all other scenery-entries. :)
