    Default Taxiways

    Any particular reason why flight attendants refer to the taxiway/turnoff as the "after runway"?

    My guess is that your Average joe don't really care about the diffrence between a Runway and Taxiway. So the stewdress knowing that just calls it whatever she likes. On all the airline flights I've been on, its always called Taxiways.
