I have a problem with flights that have 'Flight Briefings' crashing FS9. It was working fine up to a couple of days ago. I noticed that the flight briefings are in HTML format (*.htm). I just happened to change some file types to default to Netscape around the same time. Thinking that may have been the problem, I unchecked the boxes in Netscape for the type association, but FS9 still crashes as it tries to load the briefing.
Also, I tried loading a flight from a different user on XP and it loaded fine, which tells me it's in a local setting somewhere.
Can someone tell me if I'm on the right track?
