    Hey all-

Opinion time - in the market for a new aircraft, a turbo prop, and wondering how this aircraft is, the Beech King Air 200 by Aeroworks? Is it Go-Flight Compatible for those who use Go-Flight? (especially interested in the Autopilot Config of the craft) Thanks in advance, and would appreciate honest opinions on this product....Looks really nice on the website.

I'm a long time flight simmer with more freeware and payware aircraft than I can count but my hands-down favorite is the Aeroworx B200. I bought version 1 as soon as it came out. I liked ot so much I flew it around the world. Twice!

Version 2 was just released and its even better. I guarantee you will not be disappointed.

I'm sure you'll be sold even before you read it all.

wow I didnt know this plane had this maintenance / failures thing similar to the Vans RV-7 that I just got and love (of course the King Air is related throguh the Flight Sim Factory link but I wasn't aware)

This is even more incentive to get this King Air maybe soon ( I love this maintenance / failure module about the Vans)

    Noell...

Thanks for the info! I'll have to check it out. I can usually tell when aircraft are going to be good, and to be honest with you, I did purchase it. Flight1 is pretty good with their returns, etc...so I figured why not you only live once.

I'll post again and let you guys know how I like it. As far as the next messager, (Sorry, forgot the screen name, D'oh!) I too like the idea of the "maintanence" module thing. Realism is always a big hit with me for the Flight Simulator....

    Thanks again guys!

What's the difference between V.1 and V.2 , what did they change?

    Regards,

One of the biggest changes in V2 is that they have added a second (analogue) aircraft along with the original A/C with EFIS. They made some other updates as well. Check out their site.. http://www.aeroworx.com/

    I HIGHLY recommend this A/C !! :D

    Bob,

As the previous poster mentioned, there's now an analogue panel in addition to the familiar EFIS-84 panel. You'll also get a new interior (cabin) model for the air ambulance version. The navigation suite has changed a bit with the change from the GNS430 to the KLN90B. A number of things have been fixed or improved, including the autofeather functionality, the cabin pressurization indications, copilot call-outs, flap and landing gear failure speeds...in short, this is a much-improved aircraft.

Can the failures thing be turned off? I am using FSPassengers and that handles all my maintainence and failures for me.

    Yes, they can.

I do it the other way around, though...I use the Aeroworx maintenance module and turn off the failures in FSPassengers. The theory is that the King Air specific Aeroworx Maintenance and Realism Module is more realistic than the generic FSPax one.

It all comes down to personal preference, of course. :-)
